Back to the hub →UAE — Remote Bookkeeping Only
Ledgerfort Accounting provides remote bookkeeping for businesses in Dubai and elsewhere in the UAE — pulling records scattered across banks, spreadsheets and inboxes into one reconciled, dependable set of books, maintained from our Sri Lanka office on a schedule you can rely on.
Who this suits
Businesses in Dubai and the wider UAE are often built by operators — people superb at winning work and moving fast, whose records live in bank portals, spreadsheets and a drawer of receipts. It works until it suddenly doesn’t: a financing conversation, a partner dispute, an adviser asking for numbers that don’t exist.
Ledgerfort suits owner-managed UAE businesses that want the record-keeping handled properly and continuously, without hiring for it — while their locally appointed advisers handle everything regulated.
Service boundary. Ledgerfort Accounting provides remote bookkeeping support for businesses connected to the UAE, including Dubai. Audit, assurance and other regulated professional services are not provided in this market.

Remote delivery
Remote delivery is simple: one secure document channel, a fixed processing schedule, and a monthly summary in plain language. Most owners spend minutes per week feeding the process once it is set up.
And to be plain about what we are not: we have no office in Dubai or anywhere in the UAE. The work is done in Sri Lanka, and we say so on every page rather than pretending otherwise.
Working with your local advisers
Whatever filings, registrations or compliance matters your business has in the UAE belong to your locally appointed advisers — we provide no tax, audit or regulated services in this market. Our job is to ensure that when your adviser asks for the numbers, the numbers exist, reconcile, and arrive organised.
Why it matters
Every hour an adviser spends reconstructing your records is billed to you. Every financing conversation that stalls on missing numbers costs more than bookkeeping ever would. Dependable records are not administration — they are the cheap insurance under everything else.
Questions from the UAE, including Dubai
Transaction recording, monthly bank and card reconciliations, receivables and payables records, historic clean-ups and clear monthly summaries — delivered remotely from Sri Lanka under a written scope.
No. We have no office, branch or team in Dubai or anywhere in the UAE. Ledgerfort works remotely from Sri Lanka, and we state that openly because businesses deserve to know exactly who they are dealing with and where.
No. We provide no tax, filing or compliance services in the UAE. Those belong to your locally appointed advisers — our records simply make their work faster and cleaner.
Exactly there. We assess what exists, agree an opening position, and rebuild forward from it. Messy starting points are normal in this engagement, not a problem.
With your authorisation, we hand organised records directly to your appointed accountant or adviser — professional to professional, on the schedule they need.
Email us a short description of the business, roughly how many bank accounts and monthly transactions you have, and the state of the records. You get a plain answer and a written quote.
